中空玻璃生產(chǎn)線功能特點(diǎn)

1、全程PLC控制系統(tǒng)，觸摸屏人機(jī)界面。

2、自動(dòng)認(rèn)別鍍膜玻璃和LOW-E玻璃的膜面。

3、第一對(duì)毛刷可張開，后兩隊(duì)毛刷可清洗鍍膜玻璃和LOW-E玻璃。

4、循環(huán)風(fēng)風(fēng)加熱系統(tǒng)，水加熱系統(tǒng)。

5、可加工左、右不等邊中空玻璃，配備可調(diào)節(jié)鋁框定位系統(tǒng)。

6、可加工三篇等邊中空玻璃。

7、可加工大小片中空玻璃（選裝）。（注：可配備私服定位，托起功能系統(tǒng)，此功能為板內(nèi)和片）

8、自動(dòng)循環(huán)水處理系統(tǒng)（選裝）。

9、壓片采用中心定位壓合方式。
